Convoy #27 departs 26th October 2024

Your generosity will help to ensure that our vans are full.

It is this generosity that means we will, for the first time, be taking and donating a much needed ambulance.

Date of Convoy #28 to be confirmed

What we do

This started as a plan of Darren’s to take a van load of aid to Ukraine in the first days of the Russian invasion. As the hours passed, the number of vans increased, and in the early hours of Sunday 6th March 2022, nine vans set off in the first convoy.
This was down to a large group of volunteers, and this group has grown, with people donating, sorting and loading. This effort has been supported by local businesses, organisations and charities who have given generous financial support plus the loan of storage space. We work closely with contacts on the Poland/Ukraine border to take targeted aid and supplies. They tell us what they need, and we try to deliver. We have now sent 200 van-loads of aid. This means that on average, our generous supporters have filled a van with aid every four days since Russia invaded.
We are now getting ready for Trip #27 that will leave on 26th October. The convoy will include a much-needed ambulance. We are so grateful to everyone who has joined this worthy cause. Please continue to support us in any way that you can.
